    The hotel is very well located, with the metro and a shopping center just a 5-minute walk away. The christmas decorations. I was upgraded to a lovely superior room with a huge bath and balcony. The bed was super comfy, and the food and service at the restaurant were fantastic. The spa was like being in another world, perfect for relaxation!

    Nice staff, very courteous, generous ambience and very modern in magnificent style

    The first room overlooking the courtyard, too small and without terrace. We would not have been able to stay in this room, but the ladies at the reception were very friendly and changed us into a room with a terrace without extra charge!

    great access to museums and beautiful promenades to explore

    I appreciated that I could easily stroll to the lovely Promenade des Anglais where the fine sea views made for a perfect way to relax after a day exploring the nearby Marc Chagall National Museum, nice for a blend of culture and leisure. The room was comfortable and spacious.

    Had a fantastic stay in September, nothing to complain about. We enjoyed the marvellous and lovely location close to stores and restaurants in the pretty nice area.

    Didn't like the staff, some of them were very unwelcoming.

    The rooftop bar staff made our evenings nice, and the complimentary chocolates were a lovely touch. The relaxing spa facilities felt private and almost exclusive during our stay.

    Great Location. Luxurious and Elegant atmosphere of the hotel.

    1, When checked in, the bin in the toilet was full./ 2.Some receptionists were not smiling and unfriendly./ 3. The breakfast was just ok, although we paid 25 euros per person.

    I found everything perfect, would recommend it to others. The room was big with a walk- in shower, had free Wi-Fi, and the staff were exceptional. Location: the hotel was very close to the train to Antibes and Cannes, the airport right there and the famous long boardwalk in Nice.

    The room was large, and very glamorously decorated in white and gold. The sparkling gold shower recess was quite beautiful. The toiletries provided were unique - colourful test tube like containers in amazing scents - you could choose the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion all in myrrh, or perhaps tea leaves - both smelled amazing, as did the Orange Blossom and Blue Tahiti. As we were on our honeymoon, we loved that rose petals had been used to decorate our bed. Remote control window shutters were very impressive, and blocked out every scrap of light. Evening drinks on the terrace were great, and we found the complimentary buffet food provided (antipasto, pizza, etc) so filling it was enough for us for dinner, which made it good value! Most of the staff were delightful, and the location was excellent.

    Free internet was supposed to be available in the lobby, but we were unable to pick up the signal. When we asked for assistance, it was suggested we try closer to the bar (we did - no luck), or that it must be a fault with our brand new computer ( which has worked perfectly at every hotel before and after). The girl shrugged and seemed unconcerned - we were unimpressed. Not surprisingly, the wired internet access available in the rooms for 20 Euros per hour was picked up immediately! Beware, the rooms are pitch black, with no digital clock to alert you to what the time might be. Also, we were on the 2nd floor, but the music from below was still quite loud - not the quitest place. Breakfast cost 25 Euros each, so we went to a local cafe, and got a huge hot breakfast for 12 Euros.
